Robins - September 26th-30th

Here are some of the highlights from this last week in the Robins' class.

Nature's sensory tables - rain water, dirt, and mud. These Robins really enjoyed using the mixture to paint the play structures.

Painting...

Dramatic play in our Farmer's Market...

We used magazines to make collages...what a great way to be creative and practice our scissor skills!

Group art using markers, paint daubers, and hole punches.

Gym time has quickly become one of our favorite parts of the school day.We love to move!

We also like read quietly sometimes. This cozy corner is a great place for children to sit down with their favorite books.

Alphabet stencils created a buzz of excitement for upcoming ABC curriculum.

A beautiful day to spend some time in the field across the street. The children loved rolling down the hill and playing ball. Lots of practice during the month of September has definitely paid off. The Robins are great at walking in line and crossing the street safely!

Floam (Noun): a compound composed of "microbeads" in a foam-like substance. Fun stuff!

More Fall leaf projects...look for these around our classroom!

Marble Painting...

Glue & Tissue Paper...

Warming trays & crayon...this was a big hit!

Until next week!
